Some services may require a deposit to engage Company services; deposits are non-refundable unless the Company fails to deliver the agreed-upon service(s) through no fault of the client. For all digital products, we have a 21-day money-back satisfaction guarantee; however, due to the nature of digital products, we require additional information regarding your dissatisfaction.
